Prosus-owned OLX Poland has increased its ownership stake in blue-collar recruitment app Kiwi Jobs to 100% by purchasing the remaining shares from the company’s founders for an undisclosed amount, news site WirtualneMedia reported.

Thanks to a strategic partnership between China’s most popular dating site Jiayuan.com (世纪佳缘交友网) and professional social network cum jobs site Maimai (脉脉), users’ profiles on Jiayuan.com will now carry “authenticated” career information, thanks to a (hopefully voluntary) data-sharing agreement between the two sites. The agreement is being touted by Jiayuan.com as “affording its users safer blind-dating, and more effective matching”.
