Sometime within the last month Google Analytics began showing how many clicks you are getting from their job aggregator. It’s good news for job boards and employers alike. Below is a snapshot from a small niche job board I own, Jobs With Remote, which is regularly indexed by Google Jobs. It shows a new line item among the traffic sources. It says: google_jobs_apply/organic — I wonder if the “organic” label also means that paid postings are soon coming? In any case being able to track your Google Jobs traffic is a welcome addition for all recruitment marketers.
