Every year we host several events around the world with the intention of bringing together recruitment professionals to discuss the latest technology and best practices. For us, the greatest benefit is to provide local markets with the opportunity to network, share ideas and establish alliances. We couldn’t be happier with the success we’ve had over the years, Recruitment Hacks has become a global community full of people passionate about improving their processes and providing the best candidate experience — and it continues to grow.
Last Thursday we launched our first Recruitment Hacks in 2020 in Mexico City, “How to Build a Candidate-Centric Culture” and it was great! Around 70 HR professionals showed up to hear talks from the experts at companies such as Citibanamex, Adecco and Elektra. They also had the opportunity to mingle, have drinks and enjoy a few canapés, which is always a plus 😉
