HR Moves Beyond Employee Engagement to Human Experience – According to New Study by the HR Research Institute

Most HR professionals say that workplace experiences have become more important in recent years. When asked about their importance to the HR department, fully 72% of HR professionals say the importance of employee experience is very high, and 63% indicate the same thing about the more comprehensive topic of human experience (HX).  Furthermore, nearly half (47%) feel the concept of HX will grow even more important over the next three years.

The free research report, The State of Human Experience in the Workplace 2020, is now available for download.  HR.com’s Research Institute conducted the study to better understand employee and human experience and their implications for the future of HR.  HX is defined as the overall experience that all stakeholders have with the organization. This includes employees, contractors, alumni, candidates, customers, business partners, investors, and anyone else who has a strong interest in the organization and its products.

Organizations with a more positive human/employee experience have better workplace outcomes.
