How Year Up Is Bridging the Opportunity Gap

How Year Up Is Bridging the Opportunity Gap

Talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. Year Up, a non-profit organization, is committed to closing the opportunity gap by helping talented and motivated young people, aged 18 to 24, gain the skills, experiences, and support they need to reach their potential.

Since 2014, Workday has partnered with Year Up to provide its students with internships to help them launch their tech careers. And, as in years past, Year Up students recently participated in Workforce Week at Workday.

To date, Year Up has served more than 29,000 young adults in the United States. I recently chatted with Gerald Chertavian, CEO of Year Up, about how his organization makes it all possible.

Learn more about some of the organizations we’re supporting and how we’re partnering with the PGA Tour for this week’s Workday Charity Open, and how you can join the cause.
