For the 5th consecutive year, Hireology has been named on the Inc. 5000 list at 1,829.
The Inc. 5000 list annually ranks privately held U.S. companies according to percentage revenue growth over a three-year period. To be among these 5000 companies is humbling, and five years in a row is an incredible honor.
“This is not an honor we take lightly,” said Adam Robinson, Co-Founder and CEO of Hireology. “Receiving the recognition that we have for the past five years has made us want to continue to grow and push ourselves beyond what we first thought possible, and we couldn’t celebrate this accomplishment without our incredible customers and staff.”
Hireology is dedicated to helping small and medium-sized companies attract, hire, and onboard their dream team through our applicant tracking system designed with the automotive and healthcare industries in mind. In 2019, Hireology assisted customers with 100,000 hires, a massive 54% increase over our 2018 data. Our platform also decreased overall time to hire to 25 days — 17 days quicker than the average employee is hired without Hireology.
Hireology has seen tremendous growth over the past five years, both internally and externally, but not without challenges and growing pains.
